India assured of non-permanent seat at UNSC; polls on June 17
India is all ready to be one of the five non-permanent members of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC). The UNSC has decided to hold polls on June 17, 2020 and India is assured of seat as it is the only contender for the Asia pacific seat
Due to Coronavirus, the polls were postponed but now the process will take place in June 2020.
