Hathras victim's family return from Lucknow | Speed Bulletin

The Lucknow Bench of Allahabad High Court on Monday heard the case of the alleged rape and death of a Dalit woman on September 14 in Boolgadhi village of Hathras. During the hearing, statements of the victim's family and the officers accused of negligence were recorded.

The family said that the funeral was done in the night without their consent and that no family member was present.
