Haryana Elections: Priyanka Gandhi Likely to Meet Vinesh Phogat Today | ABP News

Wrestler Vinesh Phogat is scheduled to meet Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi today amid speculation that she might contest the Haryana Assembly elections. Phogat had also met former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda yesterday. While it remains unclear whether Phogat will run in the assembly elections, sources suggest that Congress is considering her as a candidate for the Haryana Assembly. The final decision on whether Phogat will contest is yet to be made by her. Hooda had previously advocated for Phogat to be appointed to the Rajya Sabha. This meeting with Priyanka Gandhi comes at a crucial time when discussions about her political future are intensifying.
