On Friday, the Allahabad High Court postponed a hearing in the Kashi Vishwanath temple-Gyanvapi mosque dispute until July 6. The HC was examining a petition challenging a court case in Varanasi. The scenario has sparked six petitions before the High Court. Meanwhile, after adjourning the matter for a day at the request of the Hindu plaintiffs, the Supreme Court will continue hearings on the Gyanvapi mosque issue Monday (May 20). On May 23, the case will be heard once more in Varanasi.
