Ground Report: Navy and coast guard on alert before Cyclone Nivar hits Puducherry

All precautionary measures are being undertaken before the Cyclone hits the cost. The local disaster management team is cutting down the old trees as well as removing the uprooted trees. So that there is no loss of life and property.
