Governor denies more time to Shiv Sena, Is Maharashtra headed towards President's Rule?

We are saying this as Governor has refused to give extra time to Shiv Sena in order to fulfill the procedure and talks with NCP and Congress. Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari has sent out the letter denying to give any more time to Shiv Sena
