Girl denies rape allegations against Swami Chinmayanand

In what comes as big relief for former Union Minister Swami Chinmayananda, the law student who accused him of rape has disowned her statement in court.  

The student had made serious allegations of sexual abuse on Swami Chinmayananda in a video.  The SIT along with UP police arrested Chinmayanand from his ashram in September. The hearing for the case was held on October 9.
