Flood Fear Fury: Extremely Harsh Climate & Flood Disrupts Livelihood From Assam To Mathura | ABP News

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday blamed geographical factors for the flood situation and said that the state has no control over these. In fact, the Chief Minister took stock of the flood affected areas on Wednesday (3 July). While talking to the press after reviewing the flood situation in Kamrup district, he said, "The main reason for the second severe wave of floods in the state is the cloud burst in the neighboring state of Arunachal Pradesh." He said that China, Bhutan and Heavy rainfall in the higher reaches of Arunachal Pradesh has caused floods in Assam and is beyond our control.
