FIR against Captain of Barge P305 for ignoring weather warnings

Barge P305 sank during Cyclone Tauktae killing 49 people. The Indian Navy saved 146 people who were on-board whereas 26 are still missing. In this case an FIR has been registered against the Captain of the barge for ignoring the weather warnings and keeping the barge in the middle of the storm. FIR has been registered by one of the survivors Rehman Sheikh. Take a look at the report for more.
