Farmers' broke the mutually agreed routes, resulting in violence: Alok Kumar
Before the tractor march an agreement on the defined routes was made between the farmers and the police, said Alok Kumar. But eventually, the protesting farmers swarmed the Red Fort in New Delhi and broke the police barricades. Even as police tried to prevent them from driving towards central Delhi the farmers didn't listen and this has resulted in violence.
