DERC approves BSES request to hike prices; decision lies with Delhi Govt | Abp news. Electricity can be expensive in the capital Delhi. The Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) has given permission to increase the rate on the power purchase agreement, after which the electricity prices in Delhi may increase by 10 percent.
