Delhi: Video of head constable Ratan Lal's lynching reveals true face of mob

A video has gone viral that shows a violent mob cornering and pelting stones at a handful of Delhi police personnel in Chandbagh area. This video was shot from a nearby terrace on 24 February. 

It was this during this incident, that head constable of Delhi police, Ratan Lal was lynched. The video raises questions over a section of mob and the silence of those supporting Shaheen Bagh protesters over this video is deafening.
