Delhi Results 2020: Anti-incumbency is for those who don't work, says Vishal Dadlani

Singer, Composer Vishal Dadlani was speaking to ABP News exclusively and he said that he was very happy and felt wonderful to see the results of Delhi Assembly Elections. He added that anti-incumbency was for those governments which do not work. "Other states will learn that if you work then people will vote for you again," says Vishal Dadlani
