Delhi Liquor Policy Case: Supreme Court Likely To Announce Order On Delhi CM's Bail Plea | ABP News
The Supreme Court is set to deliver its order on granting interim bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a money laundering case linked to the alleged excise policy scam on Friday. The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader was arrested on March 21 and is currently lodged in Tihar Jail under judicial custody.
The two-judge bench headed by Justice Sanjiv Khanna had risen without pronouncing an order on granting Arvind Kejriwal interim bail to enable him to campaign in the Lok Sabha elections. On May 7, the bench, also comprising Justice Dipankar Datta, had reserved its verdict on interim bail to Kejriwal.
