Delhi elections: BJP likely to promise water, electricity at cheaper rate

Ahead of the Delhi Assembly polls, BJP may promise to provide electricity and water at a cheaper rate. According to reports, BJP might promise in their election manifesto that if they win the Delhi Assembly polls in February, they will provide electricity and water at 5 times cheaper rate in comparison to rate provided by the AAP. This has been seen as BJP's big move to counter the popularity of current Delhi CM Arvind Kerjiwal.
