Delhi borders to reopen from tomorrow: Key highlights of Kejriwal's PC

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in a press conference, announced that only Delhi residents will be treated in the state-run hospitals (private and government). The step has been taken due to the rising cases of coronavirus in the national capital. However, the hospitals which are under the central government will be available for all.
