Defence Minister Rajnath Singh heads to Moscow for Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Meet

The Defence Minister of India, Rajnath Singh, was captured on camera as he was headed to Russia's Moscow in order to be a part of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Meet. The meeting will deliberate over regional security scenario.
Rajnath Singh will hold talks with his Russian counterpart as well
The meeting is taking place at a time when India and China are locked in a standoff situation along Line of Actual Control (LAC)
