Cyclone Tauktae barge P305 incident: Chief Engineer recalls toughest 17 hours in sea-water

It has been one month since the Barge P305 sank. On this day, ABP News talked to one of the survivors, whose complaint led to FIR in the case as well. Chief Engineer Rahman Shaikh talked about how he spent 17 hours in the sea while trying to survive during Tauktae. He blames the captain, ONGC, and the company which hired them to work on-board
