Congress on PM's rally cancellation over 'security lapse' : 'No crowds to listen to Modi ji'
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was forced to cancel his trip in Punjab after some protesters blocked his convoy on a flyover for 15-20 minutes. PM Modi was scheduled to lay the foundation stones of Rs 42,750 crore projects in poll-bound Punjab.
