Congress MLA Kulbir Singh Zira narrated scuffle in the farmer's movement

Amidst the farmer's protest, Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu and Kulbir Singh Zira went to attend the mass parliament at Guru Tegh Bahadur Memorial.  There they had a scuffle with farmers who were staging a sit-in there. While talking about the incident he said that those who attacked us are the people of the agencies, and we were rescued by fellow farmers.
