India, China agree for troop removal, claims Global Times
Chinese government mouthpiece Global Times has claimed that both India and China have agreed for a sequential de-escalation of forces from the forward posts along the Line of Actual Control. According to the Global Times, the decision was reached during the 11-hour meeting between Corps commanders of both sides. Meanwhile, sources have told ABP News that although the meeting was cordial, more meetings will be needed to resolve the issue.
