Chhattisgarh CM suspends rape accused IAS Janak Prasad

Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel took cognizance of the rape incident and suspended IAS Janak Pathak.

Earier, a woman accused Janak Pathak of rape when he was the DM of Janjgir Champa. Pathak had called the woman in his cabin and then raped her allegedly.
The woman accused Janak Pathak of threatening to fire her husband and then called the woman in his office on this pretext
