Bihar: Sudden jump in death count of COVID-19 raises questions
In a shocking news, the health department of Bihar recently revised its total COVID-19 death toll to 9,300 from about 5,500. New figures after the audit imply that while 1,600 people died of Covid in Bihar between March 2020 and 2021, the number of deaths from April to June 7 this year was a staggering 7,775, about six times more.
