Bihar Floods: Woman gives birth in NDRF's rescue boat

A woman in Bihar's Motihari gave birth to a baby girl in NDRF's rescue boat. The NDRF team and Asha workers helped the mother by taking care of her during the birthing process.

The mother and daughter are both in stable condition.
