Bihar: 12 houses catch fire during PM Modi's '9-min light off' initiative

In Bihar,  twelve houses of a village caught fire during 9-minutes light off initiative. The people of this village also lit the diyas and candles to take part in this initiative. Soon afterwards, the diyas were lit, a house caught fire and it spread to other houses as well. PM Modi has appealed the nation, to switch off the lights and light candles and diyas for 9 minutes at 9 pm on April 5.
