Approximately 8,000 Indian students have already returned from Bangladesh. No decision has yet been made regarding Sheikh Hasina. The opposition has expressed satisfaction with the government's handling of the situation. Following a recent coup, the Bangladeshi army has taken control. Army Chief General Waqaruz-Zaman announced that an interim government would be established within 48 hours, promising to restore peace in the country.
