Andheri-subway water-logged post downpour in Mumbai
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) declared a red alert in Mumbai after heavy rainfall was predicted in the city and the nearby areas for today. It has been raining in the city for three hours now and many low-lying areas have already started witnessing water-logging.
