Akhilesh Yadav On Budget: Akhilesh Questions Unemployment Based On Government Figures | ABP News

In a special interview with ABP News during the Shikhar Sammelan, Samajwadi Party President and Kannauj MP Akhilesh Yadav discussed the Union Budget 2024. Responding to questions from journalist Rohit Singh Sawal, Yadav criticized the budget, claiming that despite grand promises, little has been achieved. He noted that Uttar Pradesh has received the lowest Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in the country. When asked about the government’s packages for Bihar and Andhra Pradesh, Yadav expressed skepticism, suggesting that if packages are given to sustain the government, there might be even larger packages in the future. He criticized the budget for focusing on regions crucial for the government's survival, rather than addressing the needs of farmers and youth.
