After Mohali court issued non-bailable warrant, Tajinder Bagga gets relief from Punjab-Haryana Court
THE Punjab and Haryana High Court awarded relief to Delhi BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga late Saturday night, just hours after a Mohali court issued a non-bailable warrant against him. "The HC has granted Bagga relief and ordered that no coercive action be taken against him until the next hearing on May 10," said Bagga's lawyer, Senior Advocate Anil Mehta, who filed the motion to suspend the arrest warrant. Bagga's appeal to have the FIR against him quashed is set for May 10.
