After brief halt, Maharashtra green lights Chinese investment

After a breif period of halt, the Maharashtra government has once again given green light to investment from the Chinese companies in the state. The government defended the move stating that the state is in economic crisis and hence needs investment. However, when the tensions were going on between the two nations, the state government had frozen investment worth Rs 500 crore in India's industrial state.
