Accused SI Sandeep Dahiya confesses crime on a Whatsapp group

North District Police arrested the accused from Rohini Sector-3. Accused SI Sandeep Dahiya sent a note in a WhatsApp group in the morning as a "dying declaration" revealing why he killed his girlfriend and father-in-law. His service pistol and car have been recovered.
