ABP Exclusive: Indira Gandhi's picture with Karim Lala

Senior Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Wednesday claimed that former prime minister Indira Gandhi used to come to meet yesteryear don Karim Lala in Mumbai. After the comment caused stir, Raut held a presser today do some damage control and explained that all leaders used to meet Karim Lala. Raut said his remark on Indira Gandhi were "twisted" by those unaware of Mumbai's history, as he meant the former PM met gangster Karim Lala in his capacity as the representative of the Pathan community.
