83 people killed in separate lightning strikes in Bihar | News @ 7

In one of the most unfortunate incidents in recent times, 83 people have been killed in different lightning strikes in 23 districts of Bihar. In the report, you see visuals from Banda and Gopalganj where the bereaved families are mourning the demise of their family members.

The government has announced a compensation of Rs 4 lakh each.

Reportedly, most of these people were working in fields when the lighting claimed their lives.
