2 dead after ammonia gas leakage at Prayagraj's IFFCO

At last two people died after ammonia gas leakage at Prayagraj's IFFCO. The condition of other 14 employees is critical. 
This is not the first time that such an incident happened. The gas leakage incidents in IFFCO have happened a number of times in past 5-6 years.
