Gunman open fires at Russia University, students jump out of window to escape, 8 dead
At least eight people died while several others were injured after a gunman opened fire at Perm State University (PSU) in Perm Krai region in Russian on Monday morning. According to preliminary reports, the unidentified gunman reportedly entered the university around 11 am and opened fire in one of the buildings at PSU in the Urals region, close to where Europe and Asia meet.
