Delhi-NCR rains | Water-logged roads & residential society submerged in water | Ground Report

The tunnel of the underpass under construction has been filled with water till the top. According to the Meteorological Department, along with Delhi NCR, moderate to heavy rain is expected in Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand today. Cars and two wheelers have to struggle to move on the road. The drainage seems to be completely blocked, if the drains were cleaned on time, the water would not have filled this way.
