Corona Crisis: 50 lakh Covishield doses meant for export to Britain to be used in India

50 lakh doses of 'Covishield' vaccine meant to be sent to Britain will now be used in India only. It has been decided to make these doses available for people aged 18-44 in 21 states or union territories of the country. These doses were first to be sent to Britain by the Serum Institute. More than four lakh new cases of corona are coming out every day in India.
