Bihar health scandal | Hospital sealed; When will action against accused Doctor be taken?

After a cataract operation in a hospital in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, 27 people got severe eye infections, due to which 15 patients had to have their eyes removed. The hospital has now been sealed after the incident. But no action has been taken against the guilty doctor. Watch this news report to know more.
