In his address, PM Modi said, in this nectar of Independence, the country has decided that the country will give a more grand identity to India's tribal traditions, valour tales. In this sequence, a historic decision has been taken that from today every year the country will celebrate 15 November i.e. the birthday of Lord Birsa Munda as 'Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas'.
