Tremors were felt across the national capital, adjacent regions and other parts of north India during the early hours of Wednesday. The earthquake with an epicentre in Nepal and measured 6.3 on the Richter scale was felt around 1:57 am in the national capital and nearby areas. Locals in these places recounted their experiences with many of them posting videos and photos on social media platforms of shaking objects and people coming out of their homes.
