Muzaffarpur: People beat up man for stealing water motor

In another mob beating incident, a man was tied up with an electric pole and beaten up. The reason was that he stole water motor. Post that the villagers gathered and tried to serve justice their way. When the police arrived, the villagers denied letting the man go and asked for the motor back. Soon after, police brought the crowd around and took the culprit in their custody
