'Mentally disturbed' man rescued from elevated expressway | Aisa Bhi Hota Hai

A 25-year-old "mentally disturbed" man who allegedly attempted to jump from the elevated PVNR Expressway here was rescued Thursday, police said. The video of the incident has gone viral. In a video shot from a mobile phone, the man is seen sitting on the railing of the elevated expressway even as two men rescue him. The man was later taken away and handed over to police.
