The lone eyewitness in the Vivek Tiwari murder case, Sana Khan said the cop who shot Tiwari dead was already in an "aggressive mood" and fired without getting provoked from their side.

Tiwari was shot on Saturday in Lucknow by constables Prashant Chowdhury and Sandeep Kumar when he was returning from a function of his company. He was with a colleague Sana Khan, who alleged that the policemen on mobike waylaid them and then when they did not stop, shot him at point-blank range.
