Delhi continued to battle chilly nights and toxic air with the minimum temperature dropping to 4.6 degrees Celsius, and air quality hitting the "very poor" zone. Meanwhile, Karnal in Haryana records 0 degrees Celsius today. Gurugram records 1.4 degrees Celsius, Hisar records 2.7 Degrees Celsius and Rohtak records 3.8 degrees Celsius.
