Kamal Nath calls BJP's manifesto 'Jumla Patra'

Congress leader Kamal Nath calls Bharatiya Janata Party's manifesto as Jumla Patra. He asked that BJP had promised a lot to the people of India in 2013 but what all did they fulfil? This is why their 'Drishti Patra' is a Jumla Patra. He called the manifesto Gumrah-Patra at well.
