J&K: 2 militants neutralised in Pulwama; 20 killed in a week

Two terrorists have been killed in an encounter that broke out between security forces and terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama region, taking the number of terrorists killed within a week to 20. The encounter broke out between troops of 50 RR (Rashtriya Rifles) and militants in Khrew area of Pulwama. Additional troops of D/185 Bn, A/130 Bn CRPF and SOG Pampore later joined the op. The operation concluded with troops neutralising 2 local militants. Both the killed militants belonged to Hizbul Mujahedeen.
