It will be a decisive win for Harivansh, says Ravi Shankar Prasad

The election of Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha is set to take place on Thursday with NDA nominee Harivansh contesting against UPA candidate BK Hariprasad.

Though neither Bharatiya Janata Party, nor Congress is in majority, the numbers hint at favouring NDA, after Biju Janata Dal President and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday declared support for them.
