Kirit Somaiya said that he had judgment of High Court and the judgment was given after hearing the petitioner. "Fadnavis government respects the judgment and is working towards making metro in Aarey area. I am sad and shocked at people comparing Devendra Fadnavis with General Dyer," Somaiya added
