HUGE TRAFFIC JAM on Noida Expressway post rain

Vehicles can be seen in a stand-still position as after just half an hour of rain, huge traffic jams can be seen. The jam was observed in Sector 12, 31, 18 and from Akshardham till Noida expressway.
Both Delhi and Noida residents are suffering due to these long traffic jams.
The police are trying to help the people out of the stuck situation but in vain till now
