Faridabad: People bound to travel in neck-deep water

People are neck-deep in water which has been logged in an underpass of Faridabad. They walk with their bikes, vehicles, rickshaws through the underpass while getting submerged neck-deep. People are used to this kind of situation during monsoon as government has never made an effort to rectify it.
